Here are some common questions regarding the support portal.

The support portal can be used by all Obanana Corp. customers including the internal team.

Just go to the "Ticket" page availalable on the website menu options:

*For users with access and account to the portal already, please login to your account to manage more information and ticketing features


You may be able to easily follow-up and work with the team by any of the following:

  1. Reply to the latest email sent by the support portal and/or the support personnel handling your request or issue.
  2. Login to your account in the support portal to see all tickets and the statuses. For further details and steps you may refer to:
    1. How to create an account
    2. How to manage support tickets
  3. If you have committed support or Service Level Agreement 'SLA' with Obanana Corp. please contact the support numbers provided in the contract.
